Ingredients
  

For the Pork
  • 1 lb pork thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ hot pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • ½ tsp vetsin (MSG, optional)
  • 1 tsp chili pepper flakes
For the Spaghetti
  • 1 oz spaghetti
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vetsin (MSG, optional)
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 whole carrot Julienned
  • ½ cabbage or celery sliced
  • Green onions or parsley
  • Extra chili flakes (for garnish)
  • 1 Christophe thinly sliced

Equipment

  • Large pot (for boiling spaghetti)
  • Colander or strainer (for draining pasta)
  • Large skillet/ frying pan/ wok (for cooking pork and tossing noodles)
  • Mixing Bowl (for marinating pork)
  • Tongs or spatula (for tossing noodles and pork)
  • Knife (for slicing pork and vegetables)
  • Cutting board

Method
 

Season the Pork
  1. In a bowl, combine pork with salt, hot pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch, cayenne, oregano, all-purpose seasoning, vetsin, and chili flakes.
  2. Mix well and let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Cook the Spaghetti
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.
  2. Drain and toss lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Cook the Pork
  1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil.
  2. Add pork and cook until browned and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables (Optional)
  1. In the same pan, sauté carrots, cabbage, or celery until slightly tender but still crisp.
Combine the Noodles
  1. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan.
  2. Season with salt, sugar, vetsin, all-purpose seasoning, and oyster sauce.
  3. Toss until evenly coated.
Add the Pork
  1. Return the pork to the pan and mix everything together.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve
  1. Garnish with herbs and extra chili flakes. Serve warm and enjoy.
