Season the Pork
- In a bowl, combine pork with salt, hot pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch, cayenne, oregano, all-purpose seasoning, vetsin, and chili flakes.
- Mix well and let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Cook the Spaghetti
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.
- Drain and toss lightly with oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Cook the Pork
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil.
- Add pork and cook until browned and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables (Optional)
- In the same pan, sauté carrots, cabbage, or celery until slightly tender but still crisp.
Combine the Noodles
- Add cooked spaghetti to the pan.
- Season with salt, sugar, vetsin, all-purpose seasoning, and oyster sauce.
- Toss until evenly coated.
Add the Pork
- Return the pork to the pan and mix everything together.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve
- Garnish with herbs and extra chili flakes. Serve warm and enjoy.
